Our Vision

As a woman entrepreneur, immigrant, and legal educator, Sulbha Rai Sankhla is on a mission to make the law accessible, relatable, and empowering. She believes legal representation should not only solve problems—it should educate, uplift, and prepare clients to make bold, informed decisions.

Nexus Law was born out of this philosophy: to deliver top-tier legal work with heart, and to serve as a trusted advisor at every key life or business milestone.

Our Founder

Sulbha Rai Sankhla, Esq.
Founder

Born and raised in India, Sulbha began her legal career in 2007 after earning her law degree and becoming licensed to practice before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, and later the Delhi High Court. She spent several formative years in Indian litigation before pursuing her global academic path—earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business, Finance, and Commercial Arbitration from King’s College London.

In 2012, she moved to the United States, where she furthered her education with a second LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Washington School of Law. Sulbha is licensed to practice law in Washington, Alabama, and India, and brings a cross-border legal perspective few can offer.

Her in-house legal roles at Amazon and Symetra Life Insurance Company provided invaluable insight into corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and risk management—skills she now uses to advise individuals and businesses alike with strategic foresight and practical precision.

Now ranked as one of the Top Indian Attorneys in Seattle.
